Booking & check-in

Reservations are held for 30 minutes pending payment or confirmation by the hotel. A pending reservation does not guarantee a confirmed stay. Children count toward room capacity. Contact the hotel for arrival arrangements. Full payment is required before checkout.

Cancellation

Contact the hotel to request cancellation. Submitting a request does not cancel your booking or issue a refund. The hotel must review and approve the request.

Privacy

Guest details are collected to manage your reservation and stay. Contact the hotel for access or correction requests. The hotel must provide its verified privacy notice and retention policy before accepting public bookings.
